We will work with your building’s management team to determine if your products can be delivered through a service elevator, carried upstairs, or if we will need equipment like a crane or swing stage.

These laws state that any window or door with glass facing the ocean must filter a certain amount of interior light. The light confuses sea turtle hatchlings and can endanger them.

In high-rise condos, it is important that the sliding glass doors are as strong and water-tight as possible. Because of the height and proximity to the ocean, buildings over 6 stories typically require taller thresholds to meet the required water and design pressure ratings per Florida Building Code.
